Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Hiawatha, Kansas. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information. The City of Hiawatha, KS has issued this request for proposal (RFP) in order to select equipment to enhance the evaporation of their existing brine water lagoons at their water treatment plant. Direct all questions to Brian Foster at 785-537-7448 Ext. 1113, brian.foster@bgcons.com The proposals shall be submitted to BG Consultants, but should be directed to City of Hiawatha, KS. Emailed proposals are acceptable, however BG Consultants, Inc. will not be responsible for electronic malfunctions of such a procedure on either side of the transmission. Our firm will provide a proposal summary to all responsive parties. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All proposal lump sum values shall remain valid for a minimum of 6 weeks after the proposal has been received by this office. All other additional costs necessary shall be included in the lump sum costs. Submittals received after the deadline will not be considered.
