Vehicle Lifts and Garage Associated Equipment

This courtesy posting is provided as notice of the State of Utahs intent to participate in the contracts resulting from the NASPO ValuePoint RFP for Vehicle Lifts Garage Associated Equipment in a solicitation lead by the State of Louisiana (the Lead State). The intent of this notice is to provide public notice that this solicitation has been issued and where to find additional participation information.If the State of Utah enters into a Participating Addendum with the awarded contract(s), then Participating Addendum will be for the benefit of all Utah public entities, nonprofit organizations, and agencies of the federal government, i.e. State of Utah departments, agencies, and institutions, political subdivisions (colleges, universities, school districts, special service districts, cities and counties,etc.). The following Eligible Users are allowed to use the awarded contract: State of Utahs government departments, institutions, agencies,political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts will be allowed to use this Contract.Utah Vendors are encouraged to respond to the solicitation, even if they are only intending to provide the goods/services in the State of Utah. The State of Utah may or may not issue a statewide cooperative contract and instead may sign a participating addendum with the vendors awarded under the NASPO ValuePoint solicitation Question Submission Close Date 1/13/2023 10:59 AM MST Project has been cancelled.
