Description

The project consists of replacing the existing steam boilers with owner furnished hot water boilers. As well as replacing existing unit ventilators and other heating equipment served off the steam boilers. Steam piping to be removed and replaced with new heating hot water piping. Work also includes the replacement of ceilings and any electrical modifications needed to facilitate the HVAC equipment upgrade.
