Description

Project Description Demolition of existing addition on the south side of the VPA building. The addition to be removed consists of concrete slab on grade and concrete foundations with varying structural systems including wood trusses, CMU bearing walls and steel post and beam. Roof types include shingled roof on wood sheathing and metal roofing. Contractor to supply and install the following: New pre-engineered steel addition with concrete slab on grade, concrete curb, concrete frost apron, insulated metal panel walls, insulated metal roof panels and aluminum storefront system. Interior work includes fire-rated partitions, fire rated hollow metal doors and frames, non-fire rated partitions, non-fire rated hollow metal doors and frames, PVC wall panels, high-performance paints, new light fixtures, HVAC work, plumbing, and all other items
