Description

1. Contractor shall obtain at his/her expense all required permits, licenses, bonds, insurance, reports, designs, engineering and/or inspections. 2. Removal of remains of fire damaged shed/structure and fallen wood fencing along the rear of the property 3. Removal of all rubbish, trash and debris, tall weeds, tall grass and undergrowth from the entire site including cut limbs, logs, downed trees, climbing overgrowth, organic debris piles, construction materials, scrap metal, automotive parts, tires, appliance, old fencing, household goods, furniture and open storage items 4. Board and secure all windows and doors to the primary structure to city code standars 5. Remove/obscure all graffiti on primary structure 6. Drain and remove all rubbish, trash and debris from pool 7. Erect temporary construction/safety fencing around pool using steel posts and' plastic roll fencing. 8. Disposal of all debris at approved landfills or processing sites 9. Areas and dimensions are estimated based upon sampling reports and information supplied by 3rd parties 10. All work must be completed within 15 calendar days after notice to proceed has been issued. contract is responsible for contacting city prior to starting work and for inspection upon completion 11. Contractor shall not assign, subcontract, or transfer any rights under or interest in (including, but without limitation, monies that may become due or monies that are due) the Agreement without the written consent of the city 12. Contractor is responsible for providing clear copies of all demolition/lot cleaning related waste documents and landfill receipts 13. Contractor is responsible for complying with all local, State and Federal rules, codes, laws and legislation
