Biscayne Boulevard - Landscape Maintenance Services

The furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, supplies, fuel and any other miscellaneous necessities and services necessary for landscape maintenance which for the purposes of the bid, shall include weeding, mowing, edging, pruning, hedge trimming, raking, sweeping, herbicide applications including preventive and corrective applications, fertilization and pest management services using Integrated Pest Management principles, irrigation system maintenance, monitoring and repair, maintaining and replacing, if necessary, any plants lost due to negligence of the Contractor, seasonal color replacement, removing graffiti on a daily basis, blowing sidewalks daily, pressure cleaning sidewalks, pavers at bus shelters and median traffic separators quarterly, daily removal of all litter including dead animals, daily cleaning and weekly maintenance of all street furniture such as benches, trash receptacles and bus shelters, routine painting and maintaining all furniture and structures (City will provide custom paint), decorative street banner replacement and change-outs, daily shopping cart removal.
