All materials and labor nec-essary to complete a new transit center per the plans and specifi-cations, including, but not limited to, a concrete bus turnaround, a passenger parking lot, a passen-ger drop off, an operator's comfort station, and associated improve-ments--including electrical, water, sanitary sewer and drainage util-ities-----sidewalks, and landscap-ing. The Engineer's Estimate is $4,400,000.00 to $4,800,000.00. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five (5) per-cent of the Bid.
