Project consists of the a new national chain drive-thru coffee shop and associated site work. Work includes a prefabricated building. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder. Clarifications for Sitework for Daphne, AL project The paving area at the front of the 7Brew building that is not shaded on the site plans for a type of paving, please use the standard duty asphalt paving at this location, back to the concrete at the drive thru canopy. Please price all scopes of work on the site as ONSITE (area in property lines of 7Brew building) and OFFSITE (area in property lines of Tenant Building). This is all being priced as 1 project, but I have to associate the costs in order for the developer to be reimbursed on the OFFSITE.
