County Sheriffs Office Memorial Wall

Construction of the Adams County Sheriff’s Memorial located at the Adams County Government Center at 4430 South Adams County Parkway, Brighton, CO 80601. The facility is all new construction and is located within an existing landscape area at the Government Center. The contractor will be responsible for implementation of the proposed improvements identified in the attached construction documents and specifications provided. The facilities to be included in this construction include: 1. Minor earthwork, drainage and erosion control 2. Concrete pavement 3. Concrete CMU Wall systems with stone veneer 4. Lighting 5. Site furnishings 6. Landscape and Irrigation improvements.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
