| Description | NTX Rolling Steel Doors Maintenance and Repair Services: Contractor shall provide full preventive, corrective, repairs, and overhaul maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. The contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with accomplishing repairs and replacements, including labor, equipment and supplies for all equipment. Contractor will provide exchange turbine of similar configuration when overhaul is required. Provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain, repair and overhaul Rolling Steel Doors, Rolling Aluminum Grilles and Electronic Units (Operators) located at the VAMC Dallas and VAMC Bonham, 1201 East 9th Street. |
