Replace Chiller - Physical Science Building

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include demolition and removal of existing 150 ton chillers and associated primary pumps, complete installation of new similarly sized chillers and pumps, upgraded DOC infrastructure associated piping and electrical work. Alternate 1 work involves replacing three pneumatically controlled three-way valves with new electronically controlled three-way valves. Alternate 2 work involves an upgrade to a more efficient chiller model only and does not affect other base scope requirements. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
