Raw Water Intake Repair at Lake Somerville

Work includes Maintenance Road Reconstruction, including approx. 1,865 VF of 30” to 48” Drill Shafts, 2,322 VF of 16X141 H-Piles, approx. 600VF of 30” to 48” Drilled Shaft Deadmen & Lagging walls to support a 629 SY gravel access road with 6 scupper inlets, a 6-inch underdrain system and a 71 SY concrete pavement access to an existing pump pad facility. Repairs also include site demolition, gabion relocations/adjustments incidental to the work, 155 linear feet of drainage swales, a caged ladder and landing pad to original stairs, approximately 105 linear feet of anchored security fence and appurtenances at the City of Brenham water plant site located at LBJ Drive north of the Lake Somerville Spillway.
