Waterford Ten Club Park Building

Construction of a new Park Building (approx. 3,559 sf new construction, on two levels) along with all associated building site work, utility work (within 5 feet of the building), and limited offsite work as identified on the Drawings. New construction includes steel and wood framed structure and concrete foundations and retaining walls and wood and steel roof superstructure. Exterior walls are rain screen walls with insulation, metal panel, and/or masonry or wood veneer. Plaza deck waterproofing systems and roofing system with metal roofing areas as identified on the drawings. Plaza deck construction with pavers. Interior construction is of concrete masonry units. Interior finishes include painted wall and ceiling coatings, exposed wood structure and paneling, painted masonry, and sealed concrete floor finishes. New openings include glass sectional overhead doors, coiling metal counter door, hollow metal doors and frames, and aluminum framed exterior windows and entrances. Toilet rooms with toilet partitions and accessories. Work includes new heating, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, and communication systems. Final site work for finished paving and turf and landscaped areas are by a separate contractor for the site.
