South Lamar School Parking Lot Rehabilitation

The Project includes the following Work: rehabilitation of drives and parking areas serving the South Lamar School facility. A. Extent of demolition is indicated on the Plan. B. Remove paving and curbs as required to accomplish new work. C. Remove items indicated D. Remove other items indicated, for salvage, relocation, and recycling. E. Salvage, relocate, or recycle as directed and as applicable. a. The Owner reserves the right of first refusal for any structures, materials, and/or accessory items on site or within the buildingsincluding, but not limited to, fire alarm panels and accessories, door hardware, electrical transformers, copper tubing, onsite trees and shrubs, and other items of value that may or may not be shown on the plans or called out in the project manual. Any items removed from the site without prior approval from the Owner will be paid to the Owner by the contractor at two times (2x) the market value.
