Vocational Building HVAC Systems & Grade School Classroom and Cafeteria HVAC Systems

Bid Package A ($546,000.00): Base Bid includes replacement of vocational building HVAC systems, including welding shop exhaust; and replacement of grade school classroom and cafeteria HVAC systems. Bid Package B ($110,000.00): Base Bid includes the provision and installation of aluminum storefront windows throughout the vocational building and painting of interior exposed structure/decking of three classrooms within the vocational building. Bid Package B Alternate Bid #1: Includes the exterior renovation of the maintenance shed, including new metal siding and roofing, new cast-in-place concrete slab and various other improvements. Bid Package C ($706,000.00): The combined bid for all work, less Bid Package BAlternate Bid #1. Contractor will be responsible for ordering equipment and all materials immediately after contract execution and shop drawing approvals, regardless of the first day available for construction. Contractor will be responsible for storing and insuring equipment and materials until the first day available for construction (approximately June 1, 2022).
