Description

It is the intent of the drawings and specifications to provide for the reconstruction of Morgan Street from Burlington Avenue to Briggs Avenue. In general, the work shall include pavement and sidewalk removal; earthwork, grading, subgrade preparation, longitudinal subdrains, constructing the pavement; constructing sidewalk with detectable warning panels; replacement of traffic loop detectors; finish grading; seeding; and other appurtenances associated with the construction of new streets.
