Description | Reference Number 0000319826 TAX SCHEDULE PARCEL NUMBER: 6433401001 51EC El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Contractors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for the Sheriffs Office Fleet Services Upgrade for El Paso County Facilities and Strategic Infrastructure Management. These upgrades include replacement of the existing Make-Up Air Unit (MAU) and adding any additional duct inside and outside of the building. Work is anticipated to be completed between July 1, 2023 and November 1, 2023. It is expected that the business and their team members have significant experience with this type of project. It is expected that the individuals overseeing and managing this project are licensed professionals. The successful Contractor shall be considered and shall remain an independent contractor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation. The successful Contractor shall be solely responsible for scheduling and coordinating work of the sub-contractors, suppliers, and other individuals or entities performing or furnishing any of the work under direct or indirect contract with the successful Contractor. The successful Contractor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, temporary facilities, and all other facilities and incidentals necessary for performance, testing, start up, and completion of the services outlined in this Solicitation.
