Reference Number 0000326666 Piggyback Contract Question Acceptance Deadline 08/23/2023 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Sprout Brook Road over Canopus Creek Bridge Replacement, Town of Philipstown, County of Putnam Completion Date: All work must be completed within 140 calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed, exclusive of any approved project shutdown. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept any proposal or proposals as submitted, or as modified, which in the opinion of the undersigned will be in the best interests of the County of Putnam. The Owner is the County of Putnam and the work site is located in the Town of Philipstown. The projects limits extend approximately 220 along Sprout Brook Road from 130 south of Winston Lane to 90 north of Winston Lane. The work includes providing all , materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Bridge replacement with a adjoining intersection work, drainage installation/reconfiguration, heavy stone fill placement, approach work, guiderail installation, striping and site restoration. This is a Federal Aid Project and the latest revisions of the Standard Sheets & Specifications maintained by NYSDOT, which are current on the date of advertisement for bids, shall be considered to be in effect. All pay items and work encountered during the course of the contract shall be subject to the applicable Standard Sheets & Specifications unless otherwise noted in the contract documents.
