As Kentucky's largest public transit provider, TARC's 700+ employee and contractor workforce are on track to complete 5.3 million fixed route and 300,000 paratransit trips by the end of 2022. TARC is conducting Request for Qualification 20221780 seeking responses from qualified Firms to provide On-Demand Architectural, Engineering, Environmental and Transit Planning (AEEP) Services with Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). TARC seeks and intends to award a Fixed-Price contract with cost reimbursement for a term of 3 Years with an option to exercise an annual one (1) year term for a total of 2 Years. The resulting contract will be task-base order. TARC has an immediate need of Transit Planning consulting services for two critical project initiatives, a) Mobility Study to Connect Areas of Persistent Poverty to Job Growth, Education and Healthcare. b) Route Planning Restoration Project.
