Preston Road Water and Sewer Line

Approximately 8,100 linear feet of 12-inch water line beginning 2,200 linear feet south of the intersection of Preston Road (CR289) and Punk Carter Pkwy, continuing south along Preston Road to the intersection of Preston Road and Frontier Parkway (FM 1461), and turning due east along Frontier Parkway to the intersection of Frontier Parkway and Preston Hills Circle. The waterline will be placed outside of the road right-of-way (ROW) in a private water easement. Approximately 700 linear feet of 12-water line beginning at the intersection of Carter Ranch Rd and Palomino Ln and heading east. Approximately 1,980 linear feet of 10-inch sewer line beginning 3,100 linear feet south of the intersection of Preston Road (CR289) and Ownsby Parkway (County Road 83) continuing along Preston going south.
