| Description | This project will design and install a new side stream water filtration system for the entire closed loop cooling system which was recently converted from an open loop condenser water system. Facility is seventeen floors with a basement. The closed loop cooling system provides cooling to all computer room units, elevator machine rooms, transformer rooms and others ancillary spaces through a plate and frame heat exchanger which is connected to the condenser water system. Due to years of inadequate chemical treatment, the piping and air conditioning units serving the basement are clogged and in need of replacement. |
