| Description | Marathon Annex Building Roof: Replace all of the asphalt membrane roofing system over the entire building: Remove the 75' W X 140' L hot applied modified bitumen granular cap and replace with all new roof same in kind Contractor to match the existing layers. Provide any engineering necessary to apply for and pick up permit including any fees as a part of the bid. Inspect the roof for deterioration and replace or repair any damaged subsurface as needed same in kind. Contractor shall furnish the owner a fifteen (15) year no dollar limit total system warranty covering the cost of repairing leaks as a direct result of either defect in the asphalt membrane or the workmanship involved in its installation for the new flat roof over the Annex Building. Contractor shall supply all of the needed materials and hardware to complete the project and properly dispose of debris.Marathon Carpenters Building Roof: Remove the bitumen granular rolled roof and replace the bitumen granular rolled roof with the same in kind roof Contractor to match the existing layers minimum of 2plys, the contractor to match the existing layers. Inspect the roof for deterioration and replace or repair any damaged subsurface as needed in kind. Replace all of the damage facial and soffits, paint to match. 45 FL X 20 FT W Contractor to Field Verify all the roofs. | ||
