Description

The Scope of Work for Fire Training Tower Refurbishment is described below. The work is broken out into a Base Bid and Additive Alternate. The Fire Department desires for all of the work to be completed, but the City reserves the right to award based on either the "Base Bid Total" or "Base Bid + Additive Alternate Total" depending on the availability of funds. See attached original plans. Contractor is responsible to provide refurbishment of the Fire Training Tower in this scope of work, including all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the Work.
