Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, in accordance with Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and the Santa Clara County Health System (SCCHS) Facilities Department. Failure to specify the exact address may result in the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors not receiving the bid, or not receiving the bid by the deadline. All bids must be in the possession of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors by the specified deadline. Pursuant to Document 00 21 13 ("Instructions to Bidders"), Article 3 ("Compliance with Contractor's License Law"), the Contractor must possess a B Contractor's License.
