| Description | With the increased concern and out of an abundance of caution with Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) FEMA - Region VIII requires precautionary cleaning and disinfecting of our Regional Facilities consisting of approximately 26,300 sq ft of office/workspace. Bldg 710A, Denver Federal Center – Approximately 8,800 sq ft Bldg 710, Denver Federal Center – Approximately 10,000 sq ft Bldg 20, Denver Federal Center – Approximately 4,000 sq ft 755 Parfet, Lakewood – Approximately 3,500 sq ft The contractor shall provide FEMA - Region VIII with all labor and products, supplies and materials for performing detailed cleaning and disinfecting, PPE, site preparation, removal of debris to complete a detailed cleaning and disinfecting of the workplace. |
