Lindstrom Fire Station

The project will consist of the construction of a new fire station for the Lindstrom Fire Department. The building will consist of approximately 5,700 square feet of single level office area including a small lounge/ kitchen area, a training room, fitness area, four offices, a reception area, showers, and restrooms. The exterior of the office will be predominantly EFIS cladded with some additional stone, wood and metal highlights. The building will also include a drive thru-style, 10,100 square-foot apparatus bay approximately constructed with pre-finished tilt up concrete panels. The apparatus bay area will include 13 truck bays, a hose tower, split locker spaces, a decon area, main floor storage, a storage mezzanine, restrooms and showers. The exterior of the apparatus bay will be prefinished concrete walls, with stone, metal, and wood highlights. Ancillary work includes site grading, concrete curb, concrete pavement (parking lots), bituminous pavement, storm sewer, stormwater treatment facilities, sanitary/water service extensions and associated construction.
