| Description | In general, Work consists of removal of the existing ballasted single-ply membrane roofing system over the north half of the Oxygen Activated Sludge Building and installation of a new fully adhered single-ply membrane roofing system. This work includes removal and replacement of all prefinished metal flashings, copings, and scuppers per the Drawings and Project Manual. This project also includes an alternate to replace the south half of the Oxygen Activated Sludge Building existing ballasted singleply membrane roofing system with a new fully adhered single-ply membrane roofing system. |
