Description The Contractor shall be responsible for any and all plumbing, electrical and structural concerns while preforming work. All new wall insulation shall be R-13 and all new ceiling insulation shall be R-19. All walls on first and second story shall be primed with Zinsser Mold Killing multi-purpose waterbased primer. The Contractor shall match the current finish paint and apply the same color and sheen after the primer. The Contractor shall replace all carpet and padding with new padding and Mohawk Home and Office Aladdin (12ft) Berber/loop interior carpet. The Contractor shall ensure that all HVAC ducts in ceilings are connected while work is being performed. The Contractor shall scrap and reseal all interior windows with a silicon caulk. The Contractor shall clean all carpet, windows, desk, furniture and lighting fixtures after construction completion. SDS for all materials must be submitted to County prior to any work being performed. The Contractor shall dispose of all materials associated with this particular project to the nearest County landfill.
