Kiel Ranch Historic Park - Phase IV

The City of North Las Vegas (City) is requesting bid proposals for the subject Project. The work generally consists of improvements to amenities at Kiel Ranch Historic Park including parking lot, picnic seating area, retaining walls, landscaping, irrigation, and trails. The Project shall be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $1,400,000 to $1,500,000. Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
