Custodial Services - Science and Tech Park and Lobo Rainforest

The University of New Mexico ("University") is requesting proposal from the firms with documented success, experience and qualifications to provide Cleaning and Custodial Services for the Science & Technology Park (STP) currently consisting of eight buildings located in the northwest quadrant of University Boulevard and Avenida Cesar Chavez in addition 2 Woodward Center at 700 Lomas Blvd NE and the Lobo Rainforest Building at 101 Broadway Blvd NE. The street addresses of the buildings are listed below. Contractor will provide all labor, furnish all equipment and materials required in the performance of Cleaning and Custodial Services. Question Deadline 10/19/2023 at 2:00 PM MT The University reserves the right to make an award based on the evaluation criteria contained herein, to reject any and all offers or any part thereof, and to accept the offer that is in the best interest of the University. The term of the resultant agreement(s) arising from this proposal shall be for an initial term of three (3) years with the option to renew for a period of up to three (2) additional one (1) year periods, not to exceed five (5) years including all renewals.
