Auditorium Conversion to Multi-Purpose Room at the Weston Elementary School

1. The complete alteration of the existing auditorium (sloped floor) to a new multi-purpose room / office area. The space will be primarily used as a cafeteria with a storage room for tables. The office areas will be construction over the existing stage. The floor of the auditorium will be leveled with a place concrete floor. A complete HV AC system(s) is included. 2. HV AC at the existing multipurpose room. 3. New Electrical Service and associated infrastructure to support the HV AC of the space within the scope of work. 4. Contractor shall engage a utility locating firm to locate and determine the depth of the existing electrical service, gas service, and photovoltaic infrastructure on the east side of the property from the building to the street. This includes the asphalt paved area outside the building adjacent to the existing gas service and photovoltaic underground conduit. (See Plans).
