The Mastics Moriches Shirley Community Library is exempt from sales tax for materials and labor as per NYS Sales Tax codes. With respect to Scope of work to be included in the Base and Alternate Bids, any conflicts between the information on the plans and specifications and the information in this Bidding Booklet, the information in this Bidding Booklet shall prevail. |
