| Description | This project consists of, but is not limited to, the demolition of the existing finish flooring and base material including Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) and Carpet. Testing for relative humidity, the preparation of existing floor substrate, application of leveling compound, application of adhesives and installation of new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), Tile Carpeting, and base material including transition strips and accessories. In addition, an add alternate will be submitted and reviewed by the Owner to correct the existing buckling occurring in the gym flooring system. |
