Description

Project base bid consists of the removal and proper disposal of the portions of the existing HVAC system to be replaced and installation of a new HVAC system at the New Providence Firehouse. The base bid also includes replacement of an existing roof drain and associated piping, and replacement of the surrounding flat roof. Work shall include all labor, equipment, and material required to install the proposed HVAC system in a complete and operable manner, including removal of the existing HVAC system, modification or replacement of existing electrical equipment, and modification of the building as required to remove existing HVAC system and install proposed HVAC system.
