Description

The VARO is seeking a contractor for the removal of and replacement of (4) 2T Liebert air conditioners and compressors in the two elevator rooms, electrical room, and security room. The compressors are located on the roof and can be relocated to the ground if feasible. All four units must be connected to the BAS, JCI Metasys to include graphic representation in the current JCI Metasys UI. Contractor shall provide in ceiling air conditioners to match existing space. Units shall not exceed 48”x31”x18”. No modifications shall be made to existing space above the ceiling grid to maintain building integrity.
