RSW New Airfield Lighting Vault Construction Project

Construction of a new Airfield Lighting Vault (approximately 2,250 SF). Procurement and installation of a backup vault generator with propane tanks along with various site work and security improvements is also included as part of the project. The work includes furnishing labor, materials, equipment, services, insurance, bonding, permits and incidentals for all work all project work required to complete the project. Project work elements include but are not limited to sitework, utilities, fencing, sodding, asphalt pavement, concrete and masonry, structural steel, insulation, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing and finishes.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 04 -	Masonry, Common Work Results for Masonry, Masonry Mortaring, Unit Masonry.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Joists, Metal Fabrications.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution, Central HVAC Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Packaged Generator Assemblies, Engine Generators, Lighting, Exterior Lighting, Lighting Poles and Standards.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
