RFQ Construction Management at Risk - John Chavis Memorial Park Phase II (Aquatics Facility) Construction Manager at Risk Services

The City of Raleigh is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from construction management at risk (CMAR) firms with expertise in the construction of parks, including aquatics facilities. CMAR services include, but are not limited to pre-construction and construction phase services for a new aquatic facility to be located at John Chavis Memorial Park.
