Description 1. Milling at Bruce Alley: Mill approximately 2,000 SF of existing asphalt Remove/dispose of all milling debris. Use caution around existing gas line ports and utility manholes and covers. Remove/store for re-installation any existing parking signs. 2. Fencing Installation: Install approximately 30 LF of fencing along alley border and at rear of 330 West Main Street building. Use the following type of fencing or approved equivalent: Stephens Pipe and Steel LLC, Ornamental Steel Fence System, SPS Centurion 2-rail Titan Style, 4-feet high 3. Landscaping Installation: Supply/install/warranty (1 year) twenty-five (25) Emerald Arborvitae Thuja occidentalis Smaragd shrubs along side and rear property lines and provide all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the installation. Shrubs should be approximately 5 feet in height at installation and spaced apart six feet on center. 4. Crosswalk and ADA Ramp: Install stenciled crosswalk at location for "fish-themed" crosswalk An installed example of the "fish-themed" design may be found nearby, at the intersection of Arch Avenue and West Main Street in downtown Waynesboro.
