Single Prime Japan House Addition Ogura-Sato Annex

The scope of work will include minor selective demolition and renovation of the existing facility (which is eligible for listing on the National Registry of Historic Places,) to facilitate the connection of the addition to the existing Japan House. The new construction is comprised of a single -story addition (approximately 6,000 GSF) with crawl space, and landscape development related to accessing the new main entrance. The Japan House Addition Ogura - Sato Annex Project is located on the University of Illinois Urbana / Champaign Campus at 2000 S. Lincoln Avenue, Urbana, Illinois 61802 (Building No. 0354.) Each Single Prime Bidder shall identify the total sum of their base bid and each alternate if any, as well as the breakdown of this bid by each bid / alternate(s) if any, for Work the Single Prime Bidder will perform as well as the Work performed by Protected Subcontractors for all of the following trades: (1) plumbing, (2) heating, piping, refrigeration and automatic temperature control systems, including the testing and balancing of those systems; (3) ventilating and distribution systems for conditioned air, including the testing and balancing of those systems; (4) electric wiring; and (5) general contract work . The breakdown of the Single Prime and Protected Subcontractor base bids and each alternate(s) if any, should add up to the Single Prime total base bid and each alternate totals.
