Paving Facilities to Serve Harvest Phase 14 and 15

The project is located in the ETJ of the Town of Northlake, Texas, along Old Justin Road, just west of Cleveland Gibbs Road. The site may be reached from Interstate Highway 35W by traveling north to the FM-407 exit. Exit FM-407 and turn left, heading west. Continue heading west for approximately 0.3 miles and turn right onto Cleveland-Gibbs, heading north, then turn left on Old Justin Road. The project scope includes approximately 8,350 square yards of 6" Concrete Pavement and 5,440 square feet of 5' Concrete Sidewalk.
