Corporate Hangar Project

The project includes, but not limited to, the construction of a new hangar building, attached office space, and attached storage/office lean-to space, along with access road, utility services, and associated improvements. The base bid items will include the site work including all work outside of the proposed building footprints (Base Bid A), along with construction of the hangar and building pad preparation for the office space and lean-to space (Base Bid B). The additive alternates will include the attached finished office space building (Alternate 1), lean-to shell only with restrooms (Alternate 2), lean-to office/storage space finish out (Alternate 3), and the hangar bay window package (Additive Alternate 4).
