Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to demolish an existing mobile home and reconstruct a new, 3BR/2BTH 1200 square foot single story home. Septic system replacement and new well included in scope.. The site is located at 5042 Pryor Court, Tallahassee, FL 32303. The County intends to award this solicitation on the base bid price in the Work Write Up (see attachment F). The County reserves the right to award Contingency Items from the Work Write Up to the successful bidder if it is in the best interest of the County. Prime contractor must be a Licensed General Contractor or a Licensed Building Contractor.
