Downtown West Phase 1 Improvements

As of 03/21/2023 Project has been cancelled. furnishing all work and materials for the construction, complete in place, of the city projects numbers 2021.225 consisting of the major work items in the following approximate quantities: 25 EA Clearing and Grubbing 12,200 CY Common/Pond Excavation 11,000 CY Common Embankment 3,200 CY Select Granular Embankment 1,300 CY Aggregate Base 1,100 TN Bituminous Pavement 600 LF 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer 600 LF 8" PVC Watermain 1,800 LF 15-inch through 18-in RCP Storm Sewer 8,100 SF Concrete Sidewalk 2,600 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 1,200 SF Concrete Pavers 30 EA Deciduous Trees 12 EA Light Poles 1,750 LF Silt Fence Type MS 1.85 ACRE Turf Restoration 2,000 LF Multi Comp Pavement Markings Project has been cancelled No bid will be considered unless submitted online prior to the time noted above for the closing of the bids, and accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if successful, will enter into a contract with the City to perform the work described in the proposal. This deposit will be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. The deposits for the three lowest bidders will be retained by the City until the contract has been awarded and executed but not longer than sixty (60) days. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days following the bid opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, in the best interest of the City. For Bids exceeding $50,000, the Bidder shall submit to the City a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3 on the Responsible Contractor Verification Form included with the Bid Proposal.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
