| Description | GT Design & Construction is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (Step 1) from firms interested in providing FY-2024 General Contractor Services for Task Order Contracting for construction projects at Georgia Tech campus on an "as-needed" basis. The contract term is one (1) year with the possibility of four (4) renewals for a total of five (5) year term. Firms deemed especially qualified will be invited to Interview (Step 2). Active/Current Task Order Contractors with renewals remaining need not attend. If you have no renewals remaining (meaning you are on Year 5) you MUST ATTEND and re-apply. |
