South Alston Avenue Sidewalk (Capps Street to Riddle Road)

** As of January 12, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 25, 2022.** This project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete installation of new sidewalks and various improvements to the road surface. Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids must include a non-collusion affidavit. To ensure that all bidders are kept up to date on any addenda, changes, or information notices, please send an e-mail to Ana.Jaramillo@durhamnc.gov indicating your intention to prepare a bid for the project. Failure to complete this step may render your bid as nonresponsive.
