Purpose and Description of Services: Flooring Removal and Replacement at the Fullerton DMV Field Office. Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform flooring replacement services (approximately 5,860 square feet of carpet tiles and 150 square feet of tile flooring) at the Fullerton DMV Field Office. Term: Fourteen (14) calendar days within the term of 04/01/2023 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through 06/30/2024. Bidder Qualifications: The bidder shall possess a valid C-15 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform work under the contract shall possess all applicable contractor licenses for the work they shall perform under the contract. All bidder and subcontractor contractor licenses shall be in good standing from the time of the bid opening through the term of the contract. Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled on 1/5/2023 at 8:00 a.m. at 909 W. Valencia Drive, Fullerton, CA 92832 (Meeting at the flagpole), for the purpose of discussing concerns regarding this IFB. Written questions regarding IFB due by 10:00 a.m. on 1/10/2023. Written responses to IFB questions released by 5:00 p.m. on 1/12/2023
