Description

1. Replace existing Carrier 7.5 Ton Commercial Heat Pump Condensing Units and Air Handling Units at Centerville Branch with comparable Carrier Commercial Split Heat Pump Condensing Units and Air Handling Units 2. The first split heat pump has two (2) condensing units, type 38ARQ008, and one air handing unit, type 40RMQ016. The second split heat pump has one condensing unit, type 38ARQ012, and one air handling unit, type 40RMQ012. It is the contractor’s responsibility to verify this information 3. Replacement heat pumps should be of sufficient size to heat and cool the building spaces and use existing piping connections 4. Installation should be a complete turn-key operation including all necessary parts and labor. All current units must be removed from site and properly disposed of by contractor. 5. A test and balance shall be conducted to ensure that new units work in conjunction with existing systems and controls 6. The installed units must be connected to current HVAC controls system. 7. The installed units will use the R410A coolant
