Description | The ID Notice W912CN-22-R-0039-1, -1 is just a place holder since the notice for W912CN-22-R-0039 expired 15 days after the offer due date 5/31/2023. Amendment 0005 is to add FAR clause 52.204-27 Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application. The offer due date of 5/31/2023 will not be extended. *As of today 4/12/2023, this Notice is to inform you that an amendment to solicitation W912CN-22-R-0039 is forthcoming and will be uploaded to this notice. A. Proposal Submittal and Inquiries 1. Submission of proposal must receive one (1) copy electronically via email and four (4) hard copies via hand-delivered or mail to the Government point of contact (POC) Contract Specialist, Angela McColor. Mail address is 413th CSB, RCO-Hawaii, C/O Angela McColor 742 Santos Dumont Avenue, Bldg. 108, 3rd Floor, Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF), HI 96854. The label TO BE DELIVERED UNOPENED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER" shall be marked on the exterior of envelope or box containing proposals. Email address at angela.u.mccolor.civ@army.mil and with subject referencing Request for Proposal (RFP) Number W912CN22R0039. Proposals shall be marked "SOURCE SELECTION INFORMATION - SEE FAR 2.101 AND 3.104" "PROCUREMENT SENSITIVE" 2. All solicitation and amendments, if any, are issued and will be posted on the Government Contract Opportunities website at https://SAM.gov/. Once posted, all interested offerors are responsible to monitor the website until the closing date for any issued amendments. It is the responsibility of the offerors to ensure proposals are received and acknowledged by the Contract Specialist, on or before the deadline for submission of proposal as indicated in Block 8 of the SF 1449. 3. The POC for this acquisition is the Contract Specialist and should be included on any correspondence. 4. The deadline for the submission of questions is no later than three (3) business days after the site visit, if applicable, or three (3) business days after the issue date in block 6 by 2:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time. A summary of questions received and Government responses will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation and posted on the Government Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov website. Questions received after 2:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on the deadline business days as stated above may not be answered.
