| Description | The County of Santa Clara Social Services Agency's (SSA) Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) is seeking proposals from qualified community-based organizations with non-profit, taxexempt status pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code, to provide the following programs that assist current and former foster youth in achieving independence and self-sufficiency: 1. Independent Living Program (ILP) services; 2. Operation of The HUB Youth Center (The HUB); and 3. Housing Navigation and Maintenance Program Proposals should reflect DFCS' commitment to provide services that are federal and state-compliant, evidence-informed, outcome-driven and age and culturally appropriate as well as meet the individual needs of target participants. This RFP may result in a single award. It is the County's intent to award a contract with an initial term of one year with an option for the County to renew for additional four (4) years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. Contract duration: 1 year |
