All bids shall include any delivery charge on a per mile-ton/yard/gallon basis in order that each participating municipality can accurately calculate delivery charges. Any deviations shall be noted within the bid. All quantities represent the estimated combined needs of the participating municipalities, which shall fluctuate based upon weather conditions, and budgetary allowances. All Superpave Materials to use PG 64-22 asphalt cement with 15% maximum RAP.
